Garagekeepers Pro Network certification is a public record that a shop has met the GKPN business-protection standards at the time of review. It is not an insurance policy, does not guarantee that any claim will be paid, and does not make Garagekeepers Pro Network or OnePoint Insurance Partners liable for any unpaid claim, injury, or loss incurred by any consumer, employee, or shop.

What certification is

• A point-in-time review of insurance, employee-protection and workplace standards
• A public record that the shop has documented coverage meeting the GKPN standards listed on this network
• Based on information and documentation supplied by the shop
• Subject to renewal, re-verification, suspension and withdrawal

What certification is not

• Not insurance and not a promise or guarantee that any claim will be paid
• Not a warranty or guarantee of repair quality, parts, pricing or timelines
• Not an endorsement of any specific shop, repair recommendation, or business practice
• Not a legal, tax, regulatory, or compliance opinion
• Not a statement that a shop's coverage is adequate for every possible loss
• Not a waiver of the consumer's responsibility to verify coverage and repair terms directly with the shop

No liability for GKPN or OPiP

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garagekeepers Pro Network and OnePoint Insurance Partners (OPiP) disclaim any and all liability for unpaid claims, injuries, property damage, economic loss, or any other harm arising from or relating to a certified shop, its services, its employees, or its insurance coverage. Certification is not a determination that any claim will be paid, and it does not create any duty or obligation of Garagekeepers Pro Network or OnePoint Insurance Partners to any consumer, employee, or shop.

Coverage terms control

All insurance coverage is governed solely by the terms, conditions, limits, exclusions, deductibles, endorsements, and decisions of the actual policies issued by the shop's insurers. Nothing on this website alters, interprets, extends, or guarantees those policies. Whether a claim is covered or paid is decided by the applicable insurer under the applicable policy, not by GKPN.

Consumer responsibility

Consumers should independently confirm coverage, pricing, estimates, warranties, and repair terms directly with the shop before authorizing work. Certification status displayed here may change between visits, and the GKPN mark alone does not mean a consumer will be protected from every loss or that a claim will be paid.

Employee protection

Certification that a shop has documented workers' compensation, return-to-work, or other employee-protection standards does not guarantee that any employee will be covered, compensated, or reinstated after an injury. Those outcomes are governed by the shop's policies, the applicable insurance policy, and applicable law.

Information accuracy

Directory information is provided by participating shops and may become out of date. GKPN makes no representation that any listing is complete or error-free and disclaims liability arising from reliance on it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
